Dropped off my vehicle and was given a ride home with shuttle service, received a call in about 4 hours with my vehicle issues resolved, picked up my vehicle and good to go. Everything was covered under my excellent warranty.

I went in before 8am without an appointment. They had my car in and let me know what was wrong and my expected wait time. I was able to get a ride to work with the shuttle service provided. Ike called when my car was ready and the shuttle picked me up.

I’ve been going to Gordon for years since I bought my 19 Camaro SS there’s a dealership only a couple miles from my house. Went there one time never again the customer service is so much better that I’m willing to drive another 20 minutes to their dealership to get everything done there.

It was probably the best overall car purchase experience I have had. I have bought many cars over the years and this one was made better because the finance department did not ruin the experience by being so pushy and rude. Okay long wait not much explanation about alignment. Normal there's more diagrams on alignment. But didn't find any.

Unfortunately, I didn't buy the vehicle there. That was my first mistake but this vehicle is a Tahoe but it has been a lemon a 2021 and they've been helping me all they can with my extended warranty trying to keep it fixed.
I have nothing but praise for this dealership! They help me through out a purchase that was not expected. Mr. Buzz and another gentleman went above and beyond to help me get into a newer car, just went my old one gave up on me. Then on the new car, my tire sensor service light came on and Ms. Carolyn from the service department took care of everything including a rental to have to get back and forth to work.Thank you all for everything y'all did for me! Great experience getting my oil changed. They showed me that I needed filters and had it all done in a timely manner.
Brought truck in with 'Check Engine' light on. Vinnie handled getting it repaired under warranty.
brought in my truck for oil change and tire rotation. left with uncontrollable vibrations in steering wheel/suspension. drove back after talking to tech to see if the issue could be resolved only to have been charged over $40 to 'rebalance' wheels and tires and issue still not be resolved. after already having paid the original cost of the oil change and tire rotation.
Multiple purchases here. We drive 50 miles out of our way because of the quality of service you get here.
I received great service from the service department and was very pleased with that experience. However, the sales department was disappointing. I walked through the sales area and passed several employees, but no one greeted me, acknowledged me, or asked if I needed assistance. A simple greeting would have made a big difference in the overall dealership experience.
