Service is always great; HOWEVER, I have been waiting for Brett C. in used cars to provide a part he promised in January 2025. It is now June 2026. He gets a big fat ZERO. I have called multiple times with no success; I have left messages the last two days for the GM and have received ZERO response. Extremely disappointed with the lack of response and respect for the money I spent when I purchased the vehicle.
Joey gets my truck in and the service is done quickly. Gordon doesn't try to nickel and dime you either. Great experience. Thanks

Disappointed i have my truck in n out from service for three different times,is a week each time paying rental car but still not fixed i get this truck because the last one they can't figure out the problem now going through the same thing with this one, every time they said it fixed but it's not just running out of patience

bus came in like 4 times for same thing they kept replacing other items and brake lights still wont shut off they replaced alternator this time and charged 1200 and yet brake lights still are not turning off battery dead all the time

I brought my truck to get a electric bed cover installed on May 29th. It wasn't working they said bad motor. On June 10th brought back in to replace motor. Was told by a different person it was the receiver. When it came they said they were working on other things. Asked me to leave the bed cover to fix it. It was fixed june 16th.

I purchased a used car from Gordon Chevrolet and was very happy with the service. They were very helpful along the way. I took the car to my mechanic to check the car out before I bought it. He found that the rear main seal was leaking. I brought it back to the dealer, they are in the process of fixing it right now at no cost to me. My mechanic said it's a $2,000 job.
They were polite, thorough and on time. The waiting facilities were clean and comfortable. I can't say enough good things about my experience at Gordon Chevrolet.

I purchased a 2026 Chevy Colorado on May 30th. I am late in writing my review because I have been loving my truck & just going everywhere in it. Jason Trimble was absolutely the best. The No Bull pricing is what drew me to this specific dealership and other than your standard taxes, additional warranties (optional in my case) was pretty true to what was advertised. Thomas did a fantastic job introducing the vehicle options and features and Max did a fantastic job as well in getting me into the perfect Truck. Both associates were very easy to work with and overall solid experience.

As I stated before I paid almost $500 for a new battery and diagnostic where the specific problem WAS NOT addressed and all they did was get my vehicle out as fast possible WITHOUT diagnosing a specific problem

Came in for oil change and warranty claim for cruise control. Was charged for oil change and 'diagnosis' for broken cruise control - IT'S A WARRANTY CLAIM! I handed him the broken cruise control button and I was charged for diagnosis?? It's a WARRANTY CLAIM!
