I purchased my vehicle from Gordon Chevrolet on May 18, 2026. The approval and purchasing process itself was smooth. Of course, they wanted the sale, so communication during that process was constant—almost overwhelming at times.
Unfortunately, the customer service after the sale has been a completely different experience.
At the time of purchase, my used vehicle had multiple visible cracks/nicks in the windshield, and the driver-side mirror was broken and would not adjust vertically or horizontally. These issues were acknowledged, and I was given a “WE OWE” document and instructed to follow up with service for the repairs.

My truck was towed in by roadside assistance around 3:45 PM. I had called ahead to let them know I was coming and that I would need a rental. Ike advised me that Enterprise didn’t have any available, but he would check with Hertz.
When I arrived, they quickly scanned the truck for codes and determined it was most likely a fuel pump control module. Ike explained that if the part was in stock, they could probably get me back on the road faster than arranging a rental.

Like all car dealerships, they all always start out at the highest amount and payment because you just never know when the customer says YES! No I did not like the trade in value for my trade so what did they do….they increased the trade in by $2000! Tammy is amazing and made buying a car easy and enjoyable. She doesn’t pressure you and is very down to earth and kind. Eric was also amazing too!! My boyfriend and I looked at a car at Gordon but wanted to look around and car shop a little. We went to some other dealerships and decided to come back to Gordon because of our experience with Tammy and Eric! We will definitely come back to Gordon!

Everything went good. The service was quicker than I expected. But I had to reach out to the service department to see if my part had come in.
I went in multiple times over 6-8 months. Always talked to Jason. He never pressured me or called or emailed me to death. I experienced this kind of harassment with other dealerships I visited. But not with Gordon. He was so helpful and patient. He just told me when I was ready to let him know and he would make it happen. At 73 years of age, It’s hard to find this kind of sales person. At Gordon Chevrolet they are professional and personable and I would definitely buy from them again.

I have purchased 2 vehicles here in the last 2 years and I have been completely satisfied. Gordon chevy will work with you on price and they usually have them priced very well compared to the other local dealers. Most of their service techs have been there for a few years so that makes maintenance pretty seamless in my experience. Want to give a shout out to Michael Bryant who is a great guy and made these purchases super easy.

I only been coming to this dealership for a short period of time and since I been coming I like the service I received and the straight forward personalty Richard has shown.
Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. The oil counter was not reset. Every tire had different air pressure.
The worked with us very well and stayed in communication of the services being completed.

The overall experience was great. Alex went above and beyond to make the experience great. I worked in sales for 5 years and I appreciate the fact that he listened to my desires and didn't try to overall sell me on anything.
