I waited 6 hours and 45 minutes for a 45K mile maintenance on my 2500HD. I will never use Gordon Chevy for any purchases or service department. Last year I had a check engine light on, made an appointment went in and waited for over an hour just to be told they didn’t have anyone to use diagnostics and I had to reschedule. Why do you make appointments that you can’t perform?

I would have given this 5 stars, but I was charged twice for towing, and had to be refunded. But it may have been the tow truck owner -but I saw the receipt in the packet I handed him. All my other experiences have been very superior over other local dealers, like Nimnicht (One star from me) and Garber (Two stars from me). I will continue to use them for most service, and when I need a new vehicle.

I had to get tires and while they were servicing my vehicle they noticed a leak in my radiator and let me know. They made the repairs and all is well.

I'd say my experience was a 4! I loved my service advisor Joey, the whole waiting room area and the shuttle service! Diagnostics on my car took two days and the prices to fix those problems were insane, otherwise, very pleasant!
