I put a binder down to hold the truck for me for about 11days. I was waiting on money from an insurance company that was owed to me, to put towards my down payment. No problem. We did the paperwork. Most at Gordon Chevrolet as well as some paper through email. Signed documents easy peasy on-line. Nikki in the financial dept was wonderful to work with as well. Staff is always courteous, polite and professional. As I walked around the dealership waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, I was greeted by a sales consultant, by the name of Joe Alexander. Very professional and very well versed on the vehicles I asked about, it was hot and humid outside and he was the only consultant that came out to greet me outside. Amazing young man.

Paid for a diagnostic check 230.00 and after the check they ran the car and found it had a thermostat closed. They went ahead and replaced it ( another 700.00 worth of work and said it needed a new motor..cracked block.
