I live in Palatka and drive past several GM service centers to have Gordon service my truck. I have made one visit to them all and when they do a crappy job on the simple things, I can't have confidence on there service.

Staff always friendly and courteous work always completed in a timely manner. Only issue this time is one of my tires picked up a screw which was repaired hope it’does well.

Jason was excellent during the entire deal and even afterwards, ensuring everything was taken care of!

This is an awesome team. They are very professional. I only have wonderful things to say about them. I will definitely return.

Sharri is by far the best sales person I've had the pleasure to deal with. I've bought a lot of new vehicles, both in Florida and New York. Buying a new car can be stressful and a hassle but not with Sharri. She was fair, honest and fast. Kept in constant contact with me through the process. Once I picked the one I was going to buy I was in and out in hours with a brand new Silverado. If you need a new vehicle, don't waste your time going anywhere else go see Sharri! I have buying my trucks since 2005 my first was the 05 Colorado in red then a 05 Colorado in black also my dad bought a used Ford Taurus and I bought a 2013 Equinox & now the 2025 Equinox RS ALL MY VEHICLES WE BOUGHT WITH TAMMY A GREAT GAL.
