We were on vacation and exploring buying a new vehicle. I have dreaded the process, but I knew we’d have to do it soon. Gordon Chevrolet absolutely relieved the anxiety, pressure, and dread that comes along with car shopping. They called before we ventured there to confirm they had the cars and were so flexible with their appointments. We were greeted by phenomenally friendly and very knowledgeable staff. We had explored the inventory online and they had exactly what we wanted, exactly what they confirmed, all the works. Robert was our salesman and he was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. He went on both test drives with us and answered whatever questions we had. We had found another vehicle similar at a different dealership. Instead of pressuring and coaxing, Robert worked with our budget and let us go explore other options, checking in regularly and answering any questions we had about financing and mileage, etc. The other dealership we went to was horrid, lied about their inventory, kept us there for hours, and chased us when we were leaving - making rude comments. I immediately called Robert and he had all of our paperwork prepared before we arrived. He worked with another saleswoman, Tammy, upon arriving and they both were absolutely professional, courteous, and welcoming. Again, explaining all the financial and contract sides of our purchase before we signed and made sure we understood, along with loving our vehicle. Robert checked in a few days later and continues to be courteous, kind, and respectful. I couldn’t imagine having a better process for the car-buying experience. I understand where the dread comes from, but you won’t experience a single second of that at Gordon Chevy.

They toke care of all my needs and returned my truck as clean or cleaner than when I dropped it off. The warranty department was a little slow. Thankfully Joey took care of everything.
