The best car/truck experience I've ever had. Ryan Rosano greeted us at the door. I had looked at the truck I wanted to test drive. Read about it on Carguru. He greeted us and said welcome. He didn't start asking a ton of questions. He knew what we were there for. He had the carfax in hand for us to read. (truck history, oil changes etc...We went for a test Drive he explained the truck without trying to sell it. We came back looked at a bunch of new trucks. Drove one he was great kind and pleasant. We decided on the truck went in and he didn't hard sell any product. We talked price. I'd found a lesser price on the website. He honored it. We talked about trades. No pressure. showed me the itemized list and explained what extras they offered and pulled what I wanted pulled. Just a GREAT experience. Give Gordon and opportunity if your looking for a new Truck.
