The wait for an oil change is a little long but they have an awesome waiting room with comfortable chairs, large screen tv, free snacks, water and coffee. Including lots of fancy coffees including espresso. They wash and vacuum your vehicle when service is done. You can’t get that at these speedy oil change places.

I have the best extended Warranty and was told the factory powertrain warranty would cover part of the repairs also, was told one price to begin with and agreed to proceed. 3 weeks later when truck was finally ready they told me another price a little higher, I was ok with that, it went up an additional $100. Sent the wife in the rental they provided to pick up her truck and when she arrived they conveniently raised the price AGAIN to almost double the original quote , new total $1000 with 2 warranties covered factory issues— she didn’t know and just paid it, wow thats pretty shady Gordon— Gordon Chevrolet use to have the best service department around this entire area and I told everyone this, but over the past few years they’ve lost or changed everything that made them great. Will not return after this , Good Job Gordon you’ve made another customer never want to return

The staff is courteous , knowledgeable and helpful. This is the only place that I take my car to be serviced.
