I was given a printout on May 31, 2026 quoting cost as $749.02. Billed $1030.76. When asked why such a difference I was told the printout did not include parts.

I felt like the service overall was very slow. The communication of the timeline was not accurate

Service is always great; HOWEVER, I have been waiting for Brett C. in used cars to provide a part he promised in January 2025. It is now June 2026. He gets a big fat ZERO. I have called multiple times with no success; I have left messages the last two days for the GM and have received ZERO response. Extremely disappointed with the lack of response and respect for the money I spent when I purchased the vehicle.

Joey gets my truck in and the service is done quickly. Gordon doesn't try to nickel and dime you either. Great experience. Thanks
