See previous text I have brought my car in to have the air conditioning fixed 4 times now, spent close to 3 thousand dollars and the air conditioner still doesn't work. I am still paying for the last 'repairs'. I have no more money so I am stuck with this mess. I'm totally frustrated and angry. I'm going to get these repairs paid off and trade it in on another vehicle

Professional courtesy knowledgeable staff timely on repairs. Do not try to find problems or exaggerate issues. Asks if I’m interested in purchasing vehicles or not. Cost are reasonable and location is convenient

Interesting. I explained the issues on the phone, explained them in person. I was quoted a price after the diagnostic. Work was completed but the issue was not resolved and the price more than doubled. Vinny worked with management and the techs after I expressed my frustration, as I felt parts were simply being thrown at the vehicle in hopes of fixing it. When I came to pick up my vehicle the second quoted price and part were actually not needed. Vinny was very communicative and helpful through the process. I appreciate everyone who worked on my vehicle.
